Our house is quietly located in the Spadici settlement in Porec, which is Istria's most popular and most visited vacation region. The beach, shopping, and sports facilities are all about 500 m away.

Our family lives in the house, and we speak good English and German. The comfortable vacation apartment has modern furnishings, and is well equipped with complete cooking utensils, crockery, a coffee machine, a toaster, and an electric kettle. The apartment includes a spacious balcony, satellite TV, a CD player, and a telephone with a direct outside line. The apartment has air-conditioning and a lockable parking spot in front of the house.
