The house is stone. Some data say it has over 500 years. One of the oldest in that part. In 2003 it was fully renovated and in 2007 it was awarded the DOMUS BONUS certificate issued by the Tourist Board of the Istrian County to objects that meet very high quality.

The surrounding area of ​​approx. 5000m2 consists of a beautiful green meadow suitable for playing children.

The house consists of two apartments.

On the ground floor there is a smaller apartment (30m2) for 2 + 1 persons. It consists of one bedroom, a kitchen with a sofa bed and a toilet with a shower. In front of the entrance there is a sun-protective vault.

On the 1st floor there is another apartment (65m2) for 4 + 2 persons located on two floors:

First floor: entrance hall with fireplace, kitchen, dining room and sofa bed in the same room, WC with shower, and internal stairs leading to attic with two bedrooms (1 double and 1 with double bed) and more One toilet with shower.
