Villa Branko was built in 1993 on the property of Ruža Pustijanac Grahovac, born in the nearby village of Peresija. The villa was built by Branko Grahovac, who in the late 80's had a clear vision of tourism development in rural Istria. Branko Grahovac, a successful Istrian businessman, long-time leader of the Pula Dairy, with various business commitments, was always ready to cooperate and advocated for the common good and well-being of the people in this area. He spent most of his life in Istria, where he created maturely and ambitiously and with a lot of love built this beautiful Villa that bears his name today.
