The apartment has 2 complete bathrooms, a dishwasher and a washing machine. It has a satellite dish and TV. It has a large covered terrace of 33m2. We have a yard of 3600 m2, all in greenery (olives, oleanders, figs, bougainvillea, etc.) We have a large barbecue and a shower in the yard. We are located in a very quiet area. The road that leads to us is a dead end. The distance between the apartments is 20 meters, and the entrance to the courtyard is 5 meters away. We have 3 boat moorings which we charge in writing.
