Our Hotel provides 32 rooms of different types; double rooms, twin rooms and suites. All the rooms are equipped with the most modern amenities, satellite TV, mini-bar, AC/ heating, safety box – Approximately 50% of the rooms have sea view and 50 % park view.

The Hotel got its name from the big explorer Marco Polo who was born under this blue Dalmatian sky, not far from Gradac on the Green Island of Korcula. The History and old traditions are also preserved throughout the hotel as well as in our brand. The story one will experience here is a gentle blend between the authentic dalmatia – Marco Polo’s birth place and the orient he discovered.

We pride ourselves on our a la carte restaurant “Nicolo Polo”. The restaurant is situated directly at the beach and offers fish dishes, international specialties and excellent choices of wine, both home made table vines and bottled. Here at Nicolo Polo we also bottle our own “Mali Plavac” wine - famous red vine grape from Peljesac.

For all art lovers we feel proud to introduce our Exclusive Souvenir shop and art gallery “Klara Polo” with exhibitions from different parts of Croatia.

In order to accommodate our guests in a special and exclusive way our Hotel minivan is at the guest’s disposal and we organize excursions to the most breathtaking spots in Dalmatia.

For the adventurist we also have a nice fishing boat “Roberto Polo” for net fishing which takes up to 15 people – Dinner is served on board with the fresh catch of the day.

Soon we will surprise our returning guests with a new wellness-fitness centre on the roof of the Hotel. The view from the Jacuzzi is breathtaking and overlooks the archipelago of the Makarska Riviera and the Gradac old harbour. Relax in our Finnish sauna or work out in our fitness centre. For those who would like to pamper their mind and body we can offer something extra for their body and health, fitness-centre "Pepo Polo” offers different wellness packages and massage programs.

Another little "homemade" and cozy surprise is our old authentic Dalmatian Taverna - Konoba – Our chef  would like to invite you to spent a romantic evening in our authentic Dalmatian Tavern “Konoba – Fanica Polo” – mouth watering domestic food is prepared from the oldest Dalmatian and Neretvan recepies and served for your enjoyment.  Our guests can watch the preparation of the food and enjoy in our cozy and homey atmosphere with a glass of our recommended domestic wine.

Hotel Marco Polo has for many years in off-season been the right spot for business people of all kind. The vicinity of the Commercial Center – Port of Ploce has enable us to specialize in fulfilling the specific needs of the business traveler, in gastronomy, small cooperate meetings and conferences.

To facilitate business groups, we also offer good team building programs for different profiles of businesses.

Even Leisure Groups will find their heaven here with us. Different special programs are organized for groups from 15 to 50 people, such as – Orange picking at the Neretva Delta, Wine tours at Peljesac, Olive picking and gastronomic adventures, Active holiday programs such as rafting, treeking, and biking.
