Breakfast

We use the finest of ingredients and fresh organic local produce in our breakfast preparation.

Morning's at the Inn are a special time. Rise and shine to a complimentary gourmet breakfast each morning of your stay. Breakfast is served at private tables in either the main dining room on the screened side porch.

Our breakfasts are prepared with farm fresh eggs, meats, baked goods, fruits and vegetables. We use local ingredients whenever possible, much of which is all natural and organic. Our delicious sausage is freshly made from Windy Hill farm in Windham, ME. We alternate a prepared entrée each morning and feature either a sweet dish or savory dish.

Our signature dishes are many, but to list a few:

•     Bourbon Vanilla French toast with hand cut Challah bread, sautéed fruit and a side of sausage.
•     Sweet Maine Cakes with blueberries or sautéed apples and served with our own real maple syrup made fresh each spring from local maple trees.
•     PineCrest Benedict - over easy farm fresh eggs with a spicy hollandaise sauce, over a thick cut grilled ham steak resting on grilled multigrain bread.
•     Pancakes topped with granny smith apples and served with sausage and a dollop of freshly whipped cream.

As always we serve our unique signature coffee (a PineCrest inn secret recipe). You will have to taste to appreciate. Coffee lovers savor our house blend.

For those with special dietary needs, please alert us at check-in so we can better prepare for your breakfast. We have experience preparing breakfast for those on Raw Diets, Vegetarians, Vegans, Kosher, Diabetics and even our friends with lactose intolerance and Celiac disease. NOTE: Certain diet restrictions may take a bit of creativity for preparation, so please help by making your special dietary requests as you book your initial reservation.

Our continually evolving menu features global comfort food presented by emerging top chef, Chef Noah Gaston; a fusion of innovative casual cuisine which incorporates fresh catch Maine seafood and just picked produce from local farms & orchards, as well as our own gardens. We use organic ingredients whenever possible.
