It offers accommodation in two equally equipped, air-conditioned apartments of 40m2 and capacity of beds for two to four people each. Both apartments have one bedroom, kitchen, living room with dining area, bathroom (toilet / shower) and large balconies overlooking the sea.
Guests have at their disposal a large common terrace behind the house which is partially open and partly under the pergola with a table, tables and umbrellas.
Parking place is provided.
In front of the house is a concrete beach and pebble beach in front of the house, while the popular Zrce beach is about a 5-minute drive away.
Within a distance of 150m from the apartment there are shops, the center of Stara Novalja with tourist facilities, the town of Novalja is 4500 m from the house.
