The Villa Container is located in the picturesque and ecologically protected area of ​​the Dubrovnik River, more precisely at Rožat Donji, a small oasis of peace and harmony near Dubrovnik. This area is protected because of its natural beauty. Nearby is the ACI marina "Miho Pracat", one of the largest, most attractive and best equipped marinas along the Croatian coast. Marine facilities include: shopping center, restaurant, swimming pool, tennis courts, cafe bar and much more.

Due to its beauty and mild climate, mainly due to the influence of the River Omble, this part was the favorite summer residence of the greats who built their Renaissance palaces here. The remains of these palaces, some of the 16th century, can still be found today along the Rijeka River. Besides Ville Konalic there is our family restaurant where our guests can enjoy specialties from Croatian and Dalmatian national cuisine.

In front of our house we have a arranged dock for guests and visitors who want to come with their ships. There is also the possibility for our dear guests to rent a boat and explore the surroundings and visit the beaches.
