Description:

The holiday home is approximately 180 square meters and is located in the settlement of Volme near Banjole. Volme can be easily reached by car or flight (airport in Pula). The settlement is located directly on the sea with its own harbor and you can reach the sea in just a few minutes on foot (approx. 300m). The holiday home is located in an exclusive holiday home park with several units and a lockable gate. The house was newly built and completed in early 2021. In the garden of VILLA JOKA there is a private swimming pool, an outdoor kitchen with a sink and an outdoor grill. A large carport with 2 parking spaces is located right next to the house entrance. Additional parking spaces are in the immediate vicinity.

The interior of the house is practical and spacious: three bedrooms, each with a box spring bed and a bedroom closet. Two bathrooms, each with a shower, toilet and large sink (towels and hairdryer are available).

A washing machine is available for use. A sofa bed (extendable) is available for another 2 beds. On the 1st floor there is a large terrace and a balcony with a view of the two bays. On the attic there is a spacious terrace where you can experience beautiful sunrises and sunsets. In addition to the sun loungers, there is also an outdoor shower and a sink on the roof.

The entire house is manufactured and equipped to a very high quality (modern, exclusive German standard). Air conditioning is available in all rooms. Underfloor heating is also available for the colder months (autumn/winter) - a pleasant room climate is definitely ensured.

Comfortable sun loungers and relaxation chairs with tables are available on all outdoor areas around the pool and on the two terraces/balconies.

The sophisticated kitchen with island cooking solution (induction hob) is very spacious and fully equipped, such as a Jura coffee machine, kettle, refrigerator with freezer compartment and dishwasher.

On the terrace on the ground floor there is a large dining/garden table with 8 garden chairs - perfect for large families.

Treat yourself to a morning coffee or a refreshing aperitif at VILLA JOKA!

The perfect rest and catering options are provided in an exemplary manner. In the surrounding area there is a large selection of restaurants/cafés, a supermarket, gas station and bakeries. For an evening visit/excursion, Pula or Medulin (each approx. 4 km away) is recommended -> more under the "Sights" tab.

Other important information:

• Arrival possible from 3 p.m. - departure by 10 a.m.!
• Swimming pool is closed from Sat 11 Nov 2023 until Sun 14 Apr 2024. There is a ban on swimming from 11 p.m. until 7 a.m. in the morning, as well as general quiet at night! >> Be sure to shower off the sunscreen before using the pool (there is a shower right next to the pool)!
• Deposit: Before your arrival we will ask for a deposit of 350.00 euros - you will receive this back before your departure, provided everything has been left in the condition it was handed over! No pets allowed!
• Smoking prohibited throughout the property!
