Beaches are close by at 300 meters , restaurants and shops at 60 meters. As for night life, (the casino, disco and open air disco) are at 800 meters. There is a bus stop close by at 30 metres. Bank and postal office are in the sourrounding area.

The house has a big private parking lot 7 car spaces and you may use the open air barbeque. The house has a beautiful garden with many flowers and 3 tables with benches (each for 8 persons).

The house is surrounded  by green and is in a quiet zone. The owner speaks English, German and Italian language.

Extra info

Change of bed clothes weekly. Smoking is allowed. Tourist tax is not included in the price and has to be paid additionally.

The price includes water, gas, electricity and last cleaning of apartments.
